With over 30 years of experience in design and build, Kevin leads Mosaic Bespoke with a commitment to excellence. Specialising in custom-built homes, he has successfully completed over 100 projects. Kevin holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management and has been recognised with BBC Radio and TV interviews for his contributions to the industry.

Oliver brings 17 years of estate agency experience, including 11 years running his own firm. Since 2017, he has specialised in land and development, identifying prime locations for bespoke residential projects. His exceptional track record and market knowledge ensure we secure the best locations for our clients’ dream homes.

Nick brings over 30 years of construction industry expertise as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building. His specialisms include project costing, cost analysis, and commercial management. He was awarded Master Builder of the Year, ensuring every Mosaic project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Rob brings extensive experience from major PLCs, specialising in larger development projects. He oversees the full lifecycle of projects from land identification to final completion, ensuring all commercial aspects are meticulously managed and aligned with our high standards of quality.

David has been integral to Mosaic for 20 years as a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. He leads our Architectural Design Team, creating beautiful and functional homes with a deep commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.

Mike is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building with over 30 years of residential development experience. He brings project management expertise to larger ventures, helping clients understand and mitigate risk, forecast time and cost, and achieve their project goals.

With a degree in Civil Engineering, Ronagine ensures seamless project execution. She works closely with Site Managers and the Commercial Department, coordinating project administration and ensuring everything runs smoothly with meticulous attention to detail.

A qualified Civil Engineer proficient in AutoCAD and Planswift, Trishia coordinates back-office operations with Site Managers and the Executive Team. Her strong technical skills and dedication to precision ensure every project detail is handled with expertise and care.

Riza provides exceptional administrative support across Mosaic, supporting Lucy and Oliver with legendary spreadsheet skills. Her expertise in building systems and processes allows our team to focus on meeting the unique needs of our discerning clients.

Our office wouldn’t be the same without our lovable rogue. As Chief Office Nuisance, she greets everyone with enthusiasm, demands back scratches, and brings joy to the team with her mischievous ways and adorable personality.
