Achieving planning permission to replace a bungalow with a three-story property is a significant challenge. Chris shares, "We were confident that a larger property could be built on the site, but I didn’t have the time to deal with it myself. Mosaic Bespoke handled all negotiations with the Planning department, and I was thrilled with the final design."

Chris was particularly pleased with the luxurious finishes, including bespoke cabinetry, high-end fixtures, and a cohesive colour palette that enhanced the home's overall ambience. The solid oak and porcelain flooring on the ground floor, along with solid flooring on the first floor, met Chris's requirement for a quiet house, significantly improving the living experience by reducing sound transfer. Underfloor heating was installed on both the ground and first floors, adding to the comfort and efficiency of the home.
