A few years ago, we had the privilege of being interviewed by Peter Day for the BBC’s Today Program, discussing the construction industry as it emerged from the recession. Peter joined us on-site, immersing himself in the real-world sounds and atmosphere of our busy building site—a detail he absolutely loved.
We spent hours together talking about how we, as an SME construction company, were navigating the challenges and opportunities in the industry. One highlight was driving through St. Albans in the van, where Peter truly got a sense of our day-to-day work.
It was an honour to share our story and be part of such a respected program.
Featured on BBC’s Webwise Program
Long before the internet became the every-day essential it is now, we were ahead of the curve, adopting new technology early and integrating it into our business. Back then, the government was encouraging small businesses to embrace the internet, and the BBC wanted to showcase real examples of how it was being used.
We were honoured to be featured on the BBC’s Webwise program. A film crew came to our sites, followed us around jobs, and even visited our office to see how we were using the internet for emails and early websites—long before most small businesses had even started.
The experience turned into a half-hour program, highlighting how technology was opening up new possibilities for businesses like ours. While we weren’t exactly the Bill Gates of construction, it was a privilege to play a small part in promoting what was then a groundbreaking shift for the industry.

In 2016, we had the pleasure of being interviewed by Property Investors News about a development we completed in St. Albans. One of their journalists visited the site, impressed by the work our team had achieved. They took photos and encouraged us to enter the project into a competition.
We followed their advice and were thrilled to win Deal of the Year at the Property Investor Awards in London. It was an incredible event, and being recognised in front of our peers was a true honour for our team’s hard work and dedication.
To top it off, the feature in Property Investors News was a proud moment, showcasing what we accomplished to a wider audience. A fantastic highlight of 2016!

Award-Winning Development of Nine Beautiful Homes in the Home Counties
One of our proudest achievements was the development of nine stunning homes on a former commercial site in Essex. The project involved extensive remediation to transform the land into a beautiful, habitable space. We created energy-efficient homes in a fantastic location, surrounded by woods and vibrant communities, perfectly suited for professionals and families seeking individual, bespoke living.
The pandemic posed unexpected challenges, briefly pausing our work, but our team pushed through to deliver the project. Remarkably, all nine homes sold before we even completed construction—a true testament to the quality and appeal of the development.
This award-winning project reflects our commitment to creating homes that are not only thoughtfully designed but also seamlessly integrated into their surroundings, offering both comfort and sustainability for modern living.

Operation Smile.
As proud members of the Mastermind Board on the Property Entrepreneur training, we were honored to be part of a group that raised over £75,000 for Operation Smile. All we had to do was train and run a half marathon, and with the incredible support of our trade partners, we were able to raise a significant amount for this life-changing charity that provides live changing surgeries for individuals born with cleft palate in underdeveloped parts of the world.

Hike Against Hunger.
As part of the 'Hike Against Hunger' challenge in 2023, we were thrilled to help raise over £100,000 for three incredible charities: Magic Breakfast, The Tri Services Veterans Support Centre, and The Trussell Trust. All we had to do was complete the Three Peaks Challenge, and with the unwavering support of our trade partners, we raised a record-breaking amount. This contribution will make a meaningful difference in so many lives, combating food poverty and supporting those in need across the UK.

Cardio for Cancer
We’re thrilled to have been part of the team that raised over £125,000 for five incredible charities during the milestone 5th anniversary of Get Up & Give Back. It’s an absolute privilege to contribute to these efforts, supporting Shay's Smiles, Shine Cancer Support, The Cancer Support Centre, The Eve Appeal, and UCare. Together, we took on 5 Challenges in 5 Weeks, rallying behind causes that make a real difference in the fight against cancer and in the lives of those affected. We are proud to have played a role in this inspiring initiative.
