We’ve broken it down into three clear phases to guide you through every step. Below is our simple, step-by-step process to ensure your project is completed to the highest standards.
Phase 1:
PRE-PLANNING
Preparation and Brief
• Overview: Define your ideal home with key features and future needs in mind. Set a clear budget, including contingencies, and consult financial advisors. Choose an experienced team to align on design, timeline, and budget for a successful project.
Feasibility Study
• Overview: Assess design options based on your budget and site constraints, ensuring feasibility. Create realistic timelines and a cash flow forecast, with key milestones and funds available when needed. Consult with planning experts to navigate regulations, incorporating feedback to strengthen your application and finalize your project budget.
Phase 2:
PLANNING AND TECHNICAL DESIGN
Developed Design
• Overview: Finalize plans with your design team, selecting materials that suit your style and budget. Work with engineers and consultants to ensure compliance. Submit your planning application, follow the required process, and address any feedback to secure approval.
Technical Design
• Overview: Complete any outstanding surveys not included in the planning application and conduct additional ones if needed to finalize technical details. Integrate the designs from the professional consultant engineer into the overall plan.
Phase 3:
Build and Handover
Construction
• Overview: The construction phase, made straightforward thanks to thorough planning and preparation. Minor adjustments can be made if necessary, all while ensuring the project progresses smoothly. You'll have used our bespoke project management software throughout the design process, maintaining seamless communication and a clear trail of decisions.
Handover
• Overview: The final step, where we hand over the keys to your new home. We ensure every detail is perfect and you are completely satisfied with your new home. You'll have 24/7 access to all project details, keeping you informed and connected every step of the way.
In-Use
• Overview: Work closely with your Design and Build team during the move-in process to ensure you understand all aspects of your new home and maximize any warranties. Set up a regular maintenance plan to keep your home in top condition and begin turning it into a place full of cherished memories.
