Mosaic Bespoke Ltd is a design and build company registered in England, with its studio at Unit 5 The Caxton Centre, Porters Wood, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 6XT. Please use the contact form on this site for any questions about this policy.

• Your name, email address and telephone number when you complete an enquiry form, the project calculator or the feasibility study request.
• The answers you give in the project calculator, such as project type, size, specification and location, together with the indicative range those answers produce.
• The postcode you enter into the planning checker, used to identify the correct local planning authority.
• Any details you choose to send us by email, telephone or during a site visit.
• Technical information from your visit, such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected through analytics and advertising tools where you have accepted them.

• To answer your enquiry and prepare an indicative cost range or feasibility proposal.
• To manage a project if you go on to appoint us, including correspondence, contracts and site records.
• To send occasional guidance and project updates where you have asked to hear from us. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To measure how the website performs and how effective our advertising is.

For enquiries and quotations we rely on legitimate interests and, where a project proceeds, on performance of a contract. For marketing emails and for advertising and analytics cookies we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We use trusted suppliers to run parts of our business, including our customer relationship system, email delivery, website hosting and analytics and advertising platforms. They process information on our instructions only. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Where a supplier stores information outside the UK, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses.

Enquiries that do not proceed are kept for up to 24 months. Records relating to a project we have delivered are kept for the periods required by our insurers, warranty providers and tax obligations, which for construction records is typically 12 years.
