Where we work
Built outwards from St Albans
We started in Hertfordshire and still build most of our homes there. Over 25 years the same clients, architects and land agents took us west into the Chilterns, north into Bedfordshire and south into the North London boroughs.

Working across county lines
Our office is in St Albans, and we run projects across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and North London. As a rule of thumb, if the site is within about an hour of the studio we can staff and supervise it properly, which is the real limit on how far a design and build team should travel.
