The studio
Founder
Over 30 years in design and build, with more than 100 bespoke homes completed. Kevin holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management and has been interviewed on BBC radio and television about the industry. Deal of the Year and Development of the Year winner.
Independent New Homes Consultant
Oliver runs his own new homes consultancy, helping Mosaic clients and buyers elsewhere negotiate new home purchases. Seventeen years in estate agency, including eleven running his own firm, and since 2017 a specialist in land and development.
Quantity Surveyor
Over 30 years in construction and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building. Nick leads project costing, cost analysis and commercial management.
Quantity Surveyor
Experience gained with major national housebuilders on larger developments. Rob oversees the commercial life of a project from land appraisal through to final account.
Architectural Technologist
Twenty years with Mosaic and a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. David leads the architectural design team, with a particular commitment to sustainable, low-energy homes.
Project Management
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building with over 30 years in residential development. Mike helps clients understand and reduce risk, and forecasts time and cost on our larger projects.
Project Coordinator
A civil engineering graduate who keeps projects moving, working closely with our site managers and commercial department on project administration and records.
Project Coordinator
A qualified civil engineer proficient in AutoCAD and Planswift, coordinating back-office operations between our site managers and the executive team.
Admin Support
Riza supports the whole studio, working alongside Lucy and Oliver with legendary spreadsheet skills and a talent for building the systems that keep everything in order.
Chief Office Nuisance
Our lovable rogue. She greets every visitor with enthusiasm, demands back scratches on arrival and keeps morale high with a well-timed act of mischief.
