Specialising in custom-built homes, Kevin has successfully completed over 100 projects, ensuring each meets the highest standards. His extensive experience includes managing projects from high-end renovations to multiple dwelling sites in challenging locations, showcasing his ability to handle complex projects with ease.

Kevin holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management and is a qualified accounts technician, reflecting his dedication to precision in both design and financial management. Oliver Crudgington

NEW HOMES CONSULTANT

Oliver brings a wealth of experience and industry insight to The Mosaic Group. He began his career at Foxtons in London, working in the busiest estate agent office in Europe, and hails from a family that once owned one of the largest estate agencies in the country. With deep roots in the property sector, Oliver’s expertise is unparalleled.

After 17 successful years in estate agency, including 11 years running his own firm, Oliver shifted his focus in 2017 to specialising in land and development. As our New Homes Consultant, he collaborates closely with Kevin Edge to identify and develop prime locations for bespoke residential projects. Oliver's exceptional track record and deep understanding of the market ensure that we secure the best locations for our client's dream homes. His leadership in sales guarantees that our new-build properties meet the high standards and unique preferences of our discerning clients.

Nick Boorer FCIOB

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Nick has been an integral part of the Mosaic team, bringing over 30 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. As our in-house Quantity Surveyor, he ensures that every project is meticulously planned and executed with precision.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and a Chartered Construction Manager, Nick's expertise encompasses project costing, cost analysis, programming, and tender submissions. His role is crucial in custom home building, often overlooked by builders, as he manages project appraisals, development budgets, CBR, and commercial reporting.

Nick's experience spans high-quality new builds, refurbishments, listed buildings, public buildings, and schools. His deep understanding of commercial management and quantity surveying instills confidence in our clients, assuring them that their investments are managed by top professionals.

In recognition of his exceptional contributions to the industry, Nick was awarded the Master Builder of the Year Award. His occasional contributions to industry magazines highlight his commitment to staying at the forefront of construction management. Rob Wilkinson QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Rob Wilkinson brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Mosaic, particularly in our larger development projects. With a long career at major PLCs, Rob supports our commercial team, ensuring that all commercial aspects of our developments are meticulously managed.

Rob’s role at Mosaic involves overseeing the full lifecycle of our projects, from land identification to final completions. His comprehensive understanding of commercial development provides invaluable support, ensuring that every project is financially sound and aligned with our high standards of quality.

While Rob doesn't work on every project, he is always available to provide commercial support as needed, especially on our larger ventures. His presence reassures our clients that their investments are being managed by a seasoned professional dedicated to maximising value and efficiency.

David Stillwell MCIAT -
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

David has been a cornerstone of Mosaic for 20 years, bringing his expertise in designing high-end extensions and new houses to our esteemed clients. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), David leads our talented Architectural Design Team and coordinates with our external consultants, ensuring every project is executed to the highest standards.

With extensive experience in house building, David is skilled at creating beautiful and functional homes and is deeply passionate about sustainability. His commitment to integrating eco-friendly practices into our designs ensures that our projects are not only luxurious but also environmentally responsible.

David's wealth of knowledge and innovative approach make him an invaluable asset to our team. Mike Callaghan FCIOB Bsc PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Mike provides project management support to Mosaic, helping to plan our larger projects to ensure their successful completion on time and on budget. As a Director at Callaghan Consultants, a company he co-founded in 2006, Mike brings over 30 years of experience in residential development.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, Mike has delivered projects of various sizes and complexities, ranging from single dwellings to large mixed-use schemes. His expertise includes low- and high-rise buildings, deep basements, and modular builds. Technically minded, detail-oriented, and client-focused, Mike manages all aspects of the development cycle, from planning and design to execution and delivery.

Mike’s mission is to help clients understand and mitigate risk, forecast time and cost, and achieve their goals. His collaborative approach with industry professionals ensures a seamless and efficient project management process. Ronagine Ecaranum

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Trishia Mae Cordova

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Trishia Mae Cordova is a qualified Civil Engineer who brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to Mosaic Bespoke. Proficient in AutoCAD and Planswift. Trishia is also a whiz on our online client portal, ensuring that all aspects of our projects are meticulously planned and executed.

While much of the action happens on-site, it’s the seamless coordination with our back-office team that makes it possible. Trishia works closely with our Project Coordinators, Site Managers, and Executive Team to ensure smooth operations and maximise efficiency. Her role is crucial in driving our project administration processes, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Riza Bautista

ADMIN SUPPORT

Riza Bautista plays an essential role in the smooth operation of Mosaic Bespoke, providing exceptional administrative support across the company. Supporting both Lucy and Oliver, Riza ensures that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.

Riza’s spreadsheet skills are legendary, and there seems to be no software she can't master. Her expertise has been instrumental in building the systems and processes that allow our team to deliver the high level of service our clients expect and deserve. By keeping everything in order, Riza enables our team to concentrate on meeting the unique needs of our discerning clients, ensuring that every project runs smoothly.

The Ginger Ninja (a.k.a. Chief Office Nuisance)

Our office wouldn't be the same without our lovable little rogue, affectionately known as The Ginger Ninja. As the Chief Office Nuisance, she takes her role very seriously, ensuring she greets everyone who enters by jumping up and trying to lick their face.

When the team is hard at work, she makes her rounds, nudging them with her nose and demanding immediate back scratches. If her requests are not met promptly, she’s not afraid to commence barking to get the attention she deserves. Despite her mischievous ways, The Ginger Ninja is an adored member of our team, bringing joy and a smile to everyone in the office.
