Richard and Caroline already knew who to call. Years earlier, a loft conversion on their previous home had established a trusted relationship, recommended by neighbours who had seen the quality of work first-hand. When they moved to a larger property in Radlett, the decision was straightforward.
Their ambition was significant: a full three-floor transformation including major extensions to the ground and first floors, an expanded loft conversion, and a complete roof rebuild.
